Nancy Whitney is a high school teacher in Wylie, Texas, where she teaches students in the education pathways program. She has had a love for education, writing, and theatre since third grade, when she learned the value of a good story and entertaining plot twists. It took many years before she would decide to share her passion with others. About 15 years ago, she began writing scripts for the stage and eventually began volunteering for over ten years at a local non-profit theatre as a director and board member. Seeing her stories come to life has been an amazing adventure and has brought an immense sense of gratitude for the opportunity to share her love with others. Nancy's plays are entertaining, humorous, great for all ages, and oftentimes teach a lesson along the way. She has five children and has lived in Texas for over 25 years.
